This reference is not published by any platform and is not endorsed by one. Channel numbers are the platforms' own, set and changed by them; recording where they currently sit is not a claim to carry, supply or be affiliated with anything.

Accuracy over completeness

An entry that has not been checked says so. The alternative — filling gaps with plausible figures — would make the page look finished and make it worthless, which is a bad trade for a document whose only value is being right.
